We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Payment is for draw and handling fees; the laboratory performing the testing will bill you separately.
Quick Flow Labs does not accept insurance. The lab conducting the testing will bill your insurance for the specimens.
Lab results are typically ready in 3-5 business days. Your doctor will contact you 2-3 days after results are ready. Quick Flow Labs does not receive information about your results for privacy reasons.
Appointments more than 24 hours from the scheduled time can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund. Appointments less than 24 hours from the scheduled time are non-refundable.
